As an ambassador, you will be at the heart of the action, helping us deliver a seamless experience for everyone who walks through our door. Volunteering with us is also a great opportunity to gain hands-on event experience, connect with people from across Manchester’s ecosystem, make new friends, and be the first to hear about our upcoming events.
HOW CAN YOU HELP?
Welcome Desk
Set the first impression for guests at Venture Cafe by assisting with registration to ensure guests are welcomed and greeted properly.
Greeter
During any given Thursday Gathering, we welcome not only guests but a range of speakers to our event that all need help to navigate the event.
Floor Connector
Help everyone get the most out of their Venture Cafe experience – especially first-timers who are unfamiliar with Venture Cafe.
Flexible
No event runs perfectly to plan – last-minute changes or small delays happen! We trust our ambassadors will be flexible, adaptable, and ready to help where they are needed on the night.

Share our posts with your network and relevant communities/individuals.
Application Process
Once we receive your application form (below), we will arrange a quick call to get to know you and learn more about your experience. During the quick call, you will have the chance to ask any questions you may have about Venture Cafe or the role, and we will also discuss your availability to work so we can work around your schedule.
